Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AppRamp website, portal, and gateway (the “Service”). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

AppRamp compiles API specifications you provide into Model Context Protocol endpoints, and routes, validates, meters, and limits requests to those endpoints. We may improve or modify the Service, and will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during a paid term.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity in your workspace. You must be at least 16 years old and authorised to act for the organisation you register.

3. Your content and APIs

You retain all rights to the specifications you import and the APIs behind them. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, compile, and serve them as part of the Service. You are responsible for having the right to expose any API you connect, and for the conduct of the backends you point us at.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate law or third-party rights; expose or transmit malware; probe or disrupt infrastructure that is not yours; circumvent plan limits or metering; or resell the Service without a written agreement. We may suspend workspaces that endanger the platform or other customers, and will tell you why.

5. Plans and limits

Free and paid plans include stated request and server limits, enforced automatically. Requests over your limit are declined, not billed. Fees for paid plans are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Availability

The free plan is provided “as available” without an uptime commitment. Paid plans include the service levels stated in your order. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of your backends.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI clients calling your endpoints are outside our control; you are responsible for the consequences of the tool surface you choose to expose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or USD 100 for free workspaces).

9. Termination

You may delete your workspace at any time. We may terminate for material breach with 30 days’ notice (immediately for abuse under section 4). On termination we delete workspace data per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes take effect 30 days after we post them and notify workspace owners. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
